I believe in the humanization and modernization of the Law and the jurist, and in preventive advocacy in order to avoid conflicts.
With a focus on advisory law, applied to the client's day-to-day and administrative solutions, I understand that the Law goes beyond the cold application of the Laws.
The lawyer must seek justice through the recognition of subjective rights based on the particularities of each client and the specific case.
The law firm - and the lawyer - of today must always seek empathy with its client and each situation presented, and never lose sight of the Truth of the Facts and the correct application of the Laws, so that justice prevails.
ABOUT ME
I have a Master's in Law from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, with a specialization in Legal and Political Sciences and Mention in International Public Law and European Law.
Also, I am a Bachelor of Laws from the Jorge Amado University - Unijorge.
I am an active and qualified lawyer by both the Brazilian Bar Association and the Portuguese Bar Association, with legal practice since 2012.
In my professional career, I was able to provide support to the community and gain knowledge by acting as a volunteer lawyer in the Federal Justice of Brazil; Public Ministry of Bahia (Brazil); Justice and Citizenship Desk linked to the Bahia Court of Justice (Brazil) and the Human Rights Section of the Academic Association of the University of Coimbra (Portugal).
Focused on Consultative Law, I work in the areas of Immigration Law, Nationality Law, Real Estate Law and Business Law, as well as International Law in general.
I speak Portuguese and English fluently, serving clients of any nationality.
In addition to being an academic researcher, I am also a published author.
